Performed the role of Principal contractor for anaerobic digestion client, overseeing the site being developed from 37,000m² of green field land, into a fully functioning anaerobic digestion facility

Groundworks, Cut and Fill, Substructure foundation works incl. circular RC bases up to 40m2 dig, RC walls to Bunded Storage area, flood defence. Flood gates, steel frame building incl. precast, reinforced concrete and brick work superstructure, all electrical and mechanical services. Extensive landscaping, drainage and services works, extensive 278 works on adjacent dual carriageway creating suitable site access

Construction of seven individual residential frames up to six storeys and contiguous piled basement

Construction of contiguous piled Single Storey Basement. Construction of 7 individual residential frames ranging in height from 4 to 6 Storeys. Installation of site Wide Drainage inclusive of Attenuation system situated above the basement transfer slab. Installation of Site wide Services & Installation of Sheet piled Retaining walls.
